1. Booking and Payments:

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

• Payments must be made through authorized channels.

• Prices may vary based on availability, currency fluctuation, and seasonal demand.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• Cancellations made before 30 days of travel will receive a 90% refund.

• Cancellations made between 15–29 days will receive a 50% refund.

• No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of travel.

• Some third-party services may have non-refundable components.

3. Passport, Visa, and Travel Documents:

• It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure valid documentation for international travel.

• Blissful Journey can assist but does not guarantee visa approval.

4. Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend travel insurance. It is the responsibility of the traveler to secure it before departure.

5. Conduct and Liability:

• Travelers must adhere to local laws and customs.

• Blissful Journey is not liable for any loss, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party service providers.

6. Intellectual Property: All content on the website is owned by Blissful Journey and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

7. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala.
